Anthony F. Pachelli, MD
Director New Mexico Arthroscopy Sports Medicine Fellowship
Dr. Pachelli is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon whose practice focuses on disorders of the shoulder and knee. He completed a fellowship in athletic medicine and arthroscopy of the shoulder and knee in 1988 at the Southern California Orthopaedic Institute in Van Nuys, California. A fellowship is the highest level of training available for any specialized physician in the United States. On several occasions, Dr. Pachelli has also served as a team physician for the United States Ski Team. Dr. Pachelli specializes in arthroscopic and reconstructive procedures of the shoulder and knee and he regularly participates at national meetings as an instructor in those areas.
Dr. Pachelli joined New Mexico Orthopaedics in 1992, and has served as Medical Director of the New Mexico Orthopaedic Surgery Center since its inception in 1999.
