Fellowship Application Guidelines

• As an AOSSM Fellowship Match Program participant, our program accepts the CAS (Centralized Application Service) application.
• In addition to the CAS, each applicant should submit 3 letters of professional reference and a current copy of their CV.
• All applications should be completed and submitted by December 15th.

Interviews will be conducted from January 1st through March 20th, allowing approximately 16 months from these meetings to the start of the fellowship. Interviews will be individual and arranged after applications and letters of reference are received.
